  1. Little more information? What do you mean - what species of snake is it?

  2. If you snake didn't eat - wait until the next time would feed him/her before trying again.

If you frequently offer food after a refusal you just make a refusal more likely.

More information would be helpful though.

  3. if your snake has regurgitate it's food it can be for a number of reasons and is not a cause for concern unless it becomes a repeated issue.  If your snake regurgitates, try feeding again the next night.  this will give the snake time to adjust to the ordeal it went through.  Common reasons why a snake won't eat are as follows:  Prey too big, prey too cold or hot (if feeding frozen), physically moved while trying to eat, frightened when trying to eat, temps to high or low.

Always feed in a seperate container from the snake habitat.  this will prevent the snake from thinking that your hand equals a meal.  It will also keep frozen prey from spoiling the habitat if not immediatly eaten or live prey from hiding and making feeding difficult on the snake.

Warm the feeding bin with an under tank heater before feeding and line with a paper towel.  Unplug the heater and make sure the bin isn't hot.  transfer the snake and then try to feed.  Do not move the snake until you can no longer see any large lumps in the snake.

If you can't get the snake to eat, you can leave frozen prey in with it for a while or try again later.  you can also "scent" frozen prey by rubbing it with dirty rodent litter.  If that doesn't work, see a vet after three weeks without eating or a shed for young snakes, about a month or so for adult snakes.

  4. wait until next time to feed again.

  5. From what i hear (I DONT KNOW IF ITS TRUE!)

I Think you only feed them once a month i dunno?

  6. depending on size, adult should be fed once a month, juvenilles or w/e once every two weeks

  7. Some snakes (Ball Pythons, etc) are notorious for not eating when food is presented. Just wait a few more days and try again.
