Should i fix where my driveway meets the road?

i just sealed my asphalt driveway. should i try to level where the road meets the beginning of my driveway. i noticed that the road is lower that my driveway and there's a big lip there. should i try to put some patch asphalt to level it out or leave it be?

You may want to leave it as the lip may keep water from coming on your drive after a heavy rain. If it is not more than 1" - I would probably just leave it. If it is a big difference- you could always get some "cold patch" asphalt in bags.

Let these bags sit out in direct sun and cover with clear plastic - this creates a makeshift oven - and will heat up that bagged asphalt in about 1 hour with full sun. Use a hand tamper to pack it down.
