Right now I live in a 2 bedroom apt with a roomate. I am looking to get a good hdtv on a budget. Ideally, I can get a quality tv for under 800. I am wondeirng if it's really worth it to pay an extra 200-300 bucks for a 1080p 37 in. tv, or if i should hold out on that, and get the 32" 720p for now. I am purchasing for the living room, and we do not have hdtv channels at this point.

  1. On a budget and no HD channels yet, go with 32" 720p for now.  And I would get 1080p for anything larger than 32 - definitely 40 and above, but wouldn't do that unless I was getting HD channels.

  2. Stick with 720p whether you buy 32" or 37", you can't really see any difference at those sizes and the only 1080p source is Blu-ray.
