Should i get a Burton or a North Face?

Question

I need a new winter jacket.

I dont know if i should get a burton jacket or north face.

I need a jacket thats warm but I have not heard of Burton that much but they seem like they would be pretty warm

Get a Mountain Hard Wear.  They are so warm and comfortable, and less expensive than North Face!  I have one and I love it!!

Most brands out there, including Burton and North Face, have high end goods models, and also cheaper ones that are not nearly as good. Like most things in life, you get what you pay for. So don't just get a jacket based on brand only. Make sure it has the features you need. If you want one that is warm, you need to be sure the gram insulation it has, and also consider the waterproofing rating. Personally I won't buy outerwear with less than 15k rating, but I ride Mt. Hood and it tends to be wet pretty often.

NORTH FACE NORTH FACE NORTH FACE burton basically only makes linerless jackets (not warm) NORTH FACE is the way to go

ive got a great burton one that i love :-)

plus they are less spensive than north faces
