Should i get a Nintendo Wii?

I want to buy a nintendo Wii but im not sure if its a waste of money or what im 18 years old and i was wondering if i get the wii what games should i get?

Yes, it is worth the money. I'm 17, and I'm enjoying the Wii a lot. The Wii is a lot of fun, and it has some of the best games. There are also alot of features that come with it. Alot of my friends and relatives have a great time playing the Wii. My parents even enjoy playing Wii Sports. Trust me the Wii is a very good investment.

There are many things to do on the Wii such as:

-Play Wii and GameCube games (You would need a GameCube controller and memory card to play GC games).

-Create your own Mii's which are cartoon people.

-Buy and Play Virtual Console and WiiWare games from the Wii Shop Channel with Wii points.

-Download a lot of channels such as Everybody Votes Channel and the Nintendo Channel.

-Play Wi-fi enabled games online.

-Upload and view photos from the Photo channel.

-Trade Wii codes with other people to exchange messages with each other.

The wii is fun for all ages so it's completly up to you. For what games its up to you. It doesnt have the best graphics but its really fun and gets your more into the game. hope that helps :)

I think that the wii is very good but then again you are 18! maybe you should try out the wii at like a friends house or something?

probably not : ( it depends on what type of gamer you are : ) if you are a hardcore gamer which most teens are then get a 360 or ps3 : ) but if you are a casual gamer or a beginner get a wii : ) i am 14 and i would choose a 360 because the graphics are better it is cheaper than a ps3 the graphics are great it has downloadable content unlike the wii and the games are better for me because i am a hardcore gamer : )

no i have a wii and a ps3. ps3 is wayyyy better and totally worth the extra $$$ but if u want xbox 360s r good to just dont get a wii the have c**p graphics and horrible games (exeptions brawl and mario kart) and most games have horrible gameplay/controls

Yes.  The Wii is really fun; it doesn't matter what age you are.  There are games that are for older people like you.  You might like Call of Duty, Medal of Honor, Guitar Hero and Resident Evil.  Super Mario Galaxy and Super Smash Brothers Brawl would be enjoyable for you too.  If you like sports, then MLB 2K8 is a fun one.

I would definately suggest getting a Wii.  It's really fun with friends and you get moving while having fun!
