Should i get a blue crowned conure or a sun conure?

It depends. Many species of that particular bird are known for their vocalizations and the sun is probably one of the best commonly available parrot species. i think it all depends on your personal preference. blue crowns are known to be laid back and the one of the sweetest birds i have ever seen while sunnies are very colorful and flashy. Both conures are playful and affectionate and need alot of time with you personally and will thrive on your attention so make sure u have the time and commitment for either one as well as the money :) i personally would go with the blue crowned:) good luck
