Should i get a crown vic?(first car)

this will be my first car and im 16. ive looked at all types of cars and im thinking about getting a used crown vic interceptor.

please leave serious answers ill be buying it myself with little assistance from my parents so im not a spoiled brat and dont leave comments saying to buy ridiculisly expensive cars casue i have to pay for everything myself. thanks

  1. That is a good car, might be a bit expensive on the gas side since it has the V-8 engine. I am not sure but you might check as well on the insurance since it is a model of a cop car. Anything made before the late 90's I would stick with an import. Nissian/Honda since they seem to last longer then American cars around that time frame.  


  2. it is a good car but with you being only 16 the gas is going to kill you I had one for awhile and then got rid of it for that very reason don't get me wrong its a fun car to drive especially if you like big body cars but the gas sucks

  3. Honda civic or accord....low price..dependable,,low cost insurance and great MPG.... gas is 4 dollars a gallon...your vic tank about 22....that 90 dollars a tank...WOW
