  1. 250 of course.

    I'm 5"4 105lbs and I have no trouble with 250 at all.

I do have to kick start from my bike stand, and can't touch the ground when I'm sitting on it. But I've also been riding my whole life.

Since you're experienced and got the money, GO FOR THE 250!!!!

If you are worried when you can't touch the ground, you can get the bike shop to lower it and trim the foam off the seat. I got my 125 trimmed.

You will have heaps of fun with 250. And when you're older and bigger, get a 450. Oh~you'll grow up to be hot and yummy =)

  2. I have a honda 150r and I LOVE it!!!1 it will zip through anything!!!!!

  3. both are crf's so not that much maintenance with either. since you have experience and are aggressive you'll probably want the 250. the 150 just wont be powerful enough for you. i have a crf 100f and i'm 13. i need more power and you're most likely more aggressive than me so most likely the 250 would be best for you.

  4. Either bike will have pretty much the same maintenance since they are both liquid cooled 4 stroke race bikes. The 250 will feel a tad big right now, depending on how many full sized MX bikes you have ridden, but I'm afraid you would outgrow the 150R expert soon. If you plan to race it is a toss up since the level of riders in the super mini and lites class is usually about the same. I'd go with the 250.

  5. First of all babyrockwithyou is a superfreak alright if you get a 150 you'll probablly be eligible to race for a whole 1 year which is a waste of time cause you will be in the 85 class you should be in the intermediate class now which are 250s

  6. If you intend to race the bike then you are going to have to do regular maintenance on it to keep it race ready.  You could find the crf250r just a little bit big at the height you are but could use starting blocks to help out on the start line.  At 14 you would be able to race the crf150r for a couple more years and would find it just the right size for now, but if you are going to be doing a lot of growing (which most 14 year olds do) then you may outgrow it quickly.

Go to a shop that sells both bikes and sit on both to see which you think will suit you.
