Should i get a new driver?

right now i'm swinging a stock driver (its a dunlop with "mid-flex") that came with my first set and i'm a low 90s golfer. im driving the ball about 230-250 with a bit of a draw. do u think it would be beneficial to get a new, good driver?? if i were to get a new one, i was thinking a taylormade burner. what do u think?

You will definitely see a difference with distance, especially when you miss the center of the club with a new driver.  If you draw the ball you have to watch which one you get. Most of the newer bigger drivers have a slightly closed face to prevent a slice. If you go to a golf store and look at the different brands you will see the face slightly closed on most of them.  

I would say the Burner would be a good choice, especially if you get the TP version. Any model that is the Tour model or Tour preferred will have a square or slightly open face.  hope this helps

I would recommond getting a new driver if the Dunlop wasn't working for you. By the sounds of it, it seems to suit you well. But I guess there is no harm in trying out new drivers.

Sure, why not?  Get something a little more forgiving like the Sasquatch Sumo 5000.  When I miss a fairway which is not too often, I don't lose a lot of distance.

Well, I always say its the player, not the club, but better clubs give me more confidence. However, I think it would be a good idea to invest in a new driver. Since you like hitting draws, you should look into the Taylormade R7 Draw driver (Runs about $150). If you want a nicer club, look at the Superquad with adjustable weights, good luck!
