Should i get mane n tail? if yes what does it really do?

i have heard that mane n tail makes your hair grow then i researched on yahoo answers and people have said that it makes your hair fuller and stronger which makes it look like its growing this is my hair

i had my hair in a ponytail and i had side bangs now i got my hair wet because i went to splish splash so now its puffy kinda i am gonna go to a salon and i wanna know if mane n tail really works

and what are some things i can do to make my hair grow than using mane n tail????????

don't bother its not worth the dullness youll get about13 years ago it was  the thing and  all my Friends  tried it and none of us found it made a positive difference. dont use the conditioner its just for detangling tails that get nappy when the groom in stables.it makes your hair slimy. it wasnt worth my time and my father and uncle who have horses said after laughing its just bulk sized cheap wash.
