  1. well getting it permanatly straight it will be hard to do other things with..but straightner u straighten it to much it can ruin ur hair..

    cheapest straightner

  2. Definitely buy a straightener. You'll regret getting it permanently straightened because you won't be able to do anything else with it. Plus, it's probably cheaper to buy a straightener than getting that process done.

  3. just buy a hair straightener permanently straightening it could damge it

  4. I would say buy a straightener, its cheaper, and it still gives you the option to wear your hair curly or straight.

  5. Straightener! Also, use a heat protective cream.

    Try:

got2b Crazy Sleek Hot Smooth Flat Iron & Blow Dry Lotion

  6. well it depends if you like your wavy hair, or if you ALWAYS end up straightning it, cuz if u do then get it permentaly straight. But the cheapest way depends to, if you just buy a straightner, and ifs really cheap then if might not work as good as a expensive one does. but if you get it permenatly then it will cost you. but i think that it will be worth it. hope i helped! ;)

  7. Well if you get your hair permanatly straightened, you may still have to straighten your hair..and its expensive

I would say just buy a really good straightener that has some great heat on it :D

    Enjoy

  8. Having your hair chemically straightened doesn't really make it super straight, you would still have to go over it with a straightener and it ruins your hair.

I would just get a straightener and anyways i don't know why you would want to straighten your hair, just because everyone else does?

  9. Just buy a straightener.

Chemical Straightening SUCKS. It completely fried my hair.

  10. well both approaches have their pro's and cons .... however you must remember that whichever option you choose you still have to look after your hair really well, good shampoo, good conditioner, wide toothed comb, not too much heat and when you do use heat use a heat protector product .....

Personally in your shoes I would try the straiteners for a while ... see if you really like it as a fixed style .... then perhaps go for the perm....and if you do go for a perm make sure you go to a reputable and recognised salon with a really good stylist - don't try doing it yourself at home - chemicals are extremely potent - one mistake and it could be months before you can forget about it .....

Another option could be just to try blow drying it straighter with a wide roll brush and heat protector serum (on conditioned hair anyway) - you might find this does the trick - it's certanly cheaper than the other two!

    :)

  11. I would buy a straightener. I've tried all the straightening products and they end up making my hair stiff and not silky. (I have naturally wavy hair too).

I would go with straightener over a chemical straightening becuase if you ever want your wavy hair back, it's harder to get it back if it's chemically straightened as opposed to if you just washed your hair and didn't use a straightener.  I use a straightener after every shower and blowdry and it only takes about 10 mins to straighten my arpit-lenth hair. And even if I sleep on my hair, it stays straight! I would recommend a ceramic straghtener, as they are less intense on your hair and therefore cause less heat dammage.

Also, you can get a straightener for about $25, and I'd imagine a salon chemical straghtening would cost way more and grows out!

    Good luck!

  12. Permanent straightening is an interesting experience and cuts down on the hassle of having to do it yourself all the time, but it does leave an awkward "growing out" period. Remember, your roots will still grow in wavy. Also, you run the risk of frying your hair if the person straightening doesn't do it correctly.

I suggest investing your money on a good straightener. One of nice quality should get the job done fairly quickly.
