Should i get my kitten another kitten to play with?

my kitten bites and scratches. i know hes just a kitten and its his nature but im all torn up on my arms and legs. the vet recommends getting another kitten for him to play with. he said its up to me but thats more money and im afraid my kitten will get jealous or think im replacing him. any suggestions?

I have a kitten too, yes, indeed you could.... no matter what age they are. they all get along. Example:  my kitten is good w/ my cat.
