Should i get the EnV 2 or original EnV?

Question

im getting a new cell phone. and ill prob. buy it off of ebay and just get my # switched. but i cant decide if i should get the EnV or EnV 2! the Env has cuter colors and its bigger and it'd prob. be cheaper since its older but then the Env 2 is newer and has a bigger inside screen and stuff. i dont know! what do yall think? anyone have/had either phone? thanks so much!

They don't sell the original EnV anymore so your best bet would be the EnV 2. and honestly a larger screen will b a huge help. you can barely c the writing in the orginal EnV's front screen

I think the regular enV's look like hot dog buns and they're too long. if your pockets are small, they'll be poppin out of them.

i really want the enV2 in black. cause i think the red color is ugly

My sister had the EnV, then broke it and had to get the EnV2 and she HATES it. I as well think the EnV 2 is rather ugly. But I heard a bunch of EnV's got recalled and that's why they stopped selling them in stores.

i have the old EnV

if i were you i would get the EnV2! it seems nicer than the original

From experience, let me tell you, I had the enV in orange, I ADORED that phone. It broke though from me slamming a car trunk on it, and so I had to get the new one, I got the glyde, hated it, and then I got the enV 2, I love it also. :]

Both are great phones. I can give you the pros and cons of each if you please.

enV:

Different colors

Bigger outside screen, can text on the outside screen if needed.

Keyboard

Music

Good for texting.

Camera has a lense.

You can zoom with it on the 2 mp setting.

Cons:

Larger than the enV 2

Larger camera

You can't crop/rotate, with the  phone

enV 2:

Pros:

Larger numbers on the outside

Larger internal screen

You can have a slideshow setting on it

You have living wallpapers if you want.

You can crop/rotate pictures.

The keys are closer together.

Slimmer design.

Cons:

Smaller external screen, which can only do a limited amount of things.

Kind of looks like a calculator.

Menu is a bit odd.

Overall, they are both really nice phones. :] I think it's more of a personal preference. I know if I could have, I would have stayed with my enV. I loved it, I preferred the rounded shape of it. I didn't mind how big it was, and I LOVED the camera. But I also like my enV 2. Both are great phones. :]

I just want to say i have to original env and love it!!!

The env 2 is smaller but you can only go side to side on the screen (on the original u can go all 4 ways) if tht made any sense.

well they r both nice and i would recomend the 1s but u may want o go to verzion first to look at the env 2 (or any other phones that u may like)

and then ask a friend or someone u know who has the old env what they think of it and ask them if u can borrow it.  if u dont know anyone with the old env u can find reviews on youtube that may really be hepful!
