  1. If you tried to contact him today, maybe he just hasn't seen the e-mail yet. He could be at work or otherwise occupied. Give him some time (at least until tomorrow) before you decide that he is ignoring you.

If you bid on and win an item on eBay, that is considered a legally binding contract and you are required to pay for it. If you just simply don't pay for something, eBay will issue a strike against you. (Unless you AND the seller agree that you don't have to pay for it.)

So you have to pay for it anyway, might as well do it now. You can always file a dispute with eBay or Paypal if that guy doesn't follow through on his end.

  2. He's not going to ship the item until you pay for it.  If you pay via PayPal, chances are he will ship the item within a few days.  If you pay via check or money order, then you have to allow for mail and clearing time.

You should have taken his feedback rating into consideration BEFORE bidding.

You should pay for the auction.  Chances are you won't have any problems.

  3. Well if you don't, you will be the one with bad feedback!  If you are uncomfortable, wait until he responds, he may have a job and be unable to email during the day.

  4. You need to pay for the item or else the seller will not ship it to you.  Pay via paypal and you have recourse if you do not receive the item or something is wrong with it.  As for the seller's feedback, everyone has to start somewhere when they first start selling, right?

  5. If you are talking about on Ebay, I would contact this person again, and then I would contact them via their personal contact area, which you can do when you are involved in a present transaction with this seller.  I would also contact Ebay, via their toll free number or via the help button on the top right hand side of their home page.  Also, you have to go by what the auction says, if it say pay within a certain time you have to abide by that.  That person my not be available to contact you for now, for whatever reason.  They should have, especially since you are involved in a transaction with them, but they didn't.  That doesn't mean that they are wrong, or won't send you your item.  So, in conclusion after checking on all those things, you are still obligated to pay for this item, it is a legal and binding contract.

  6. Unless you want suspended and not be allowed to bid. I would...  I f you don't pay they could file a complaint with you for not paying. Positive feedback is better than none at all. It should tell you the shipping info on the page with the description. If you don't receive it contact the site and file your own complaint.
