Should i go arcana or cloudian cant decide?

I'm thinking of a cloudian deck like one of those deathburn's but i am also thinking of a arcana force deck. Is that a wise option? well i don't know so i'm asking you guys since i am coming from a long break from yu-gi-oh and i want to make a fresh nice deck that is not so exspensive i have tried everything from roids to e-h

Arcana Force is WAY better.

Cloudian is pretty cheap to use.

I would go arcana force deck because it is a new deck and is fun to run but it is up to you
