I did gymnastics from when i was 6 up until i was 12, i really enjoyed it and won loads of medals and certificates. but when i turned 12 my gym club closed down and i didnt want to start all over again in a new gym club. since then i have put on a huge amount of weight and have become really unfit. It is my dream to do gymnastics again but i think its too late as i am unhealthy and overweight. What should i do next. Please let me know if youhave any answers that could help me lose weight get my fitness back and finally live my dream that i have pushed aside for 4 years. things i can do.floor and tumble:splits (sort of)cartwheel (1&2 handed)roundoffforward and backward handspringforward and backward walkoverbridge.handstandheadstanddive rollforward rollbackward rollbars:basic mounts and dismounts.Beam:basic jumps and turnsbackwalk over forward walkovercartwheelVault:just basics like straddle over and squat through.i think that about it.
