recently my visa was refused on the grounds that you do not have sufficient funds, and you do not intend to leave UK at the end of period.

MY father in law is my sponsor,

the cost of the course is 10,5000 RS.for a 15 month course.

i have already paid the fees of 2000 pounds.

he had shown 25,0000 RS in his current account and property worth RS 70,00,000.

in addition taken a loan of 8,00,000. so as to rebate tax of section 80 C.

he is well financially strong and he himself is supporting me to sponsor.

as we had also submitted solvency certificate of 25 lakhs.

i got very disappointed because the above reasons which he gave were not true.

even i had submitted my marriage certificate to prove my relationship.

and had even given my sponsorship declaration from his side.

but he didnt had a look in all the documents.

please suggest me, what to do

  1. no you shouldn't

  2. You can try but 25,0000 RS isnt enough to support someone for 15 months. The worth of property loans or solvensy certificates dont count. You could try anyway though if you dont you'll never know.
