I haven't been to the Caribbean, but I went to France in July; its really neat to visit, so I'd definitely recommend France. (Don't forget the smaller towns besides Paris)

How can we compare this for you ? We are not in your head. Only you knows what you like, how many money you can spend, if you want to stay in the same place all the time... But one thing I can tell you is that each french corner is different. So where in France would you like to go ?...

We can't compare chocolate and jam for you, it all depends on you to appreciate one or one other.
