we have our first basketball practice for summer league today at 6pm. for cross country our training starts today as well, and im supposed to run 4 miles. i haven't been keeping up on my running so im definitely not in good shape, but im going to work really hard this summer.
so my question is, do you think its smarter to run my 4 miles before i go to practice or after?
i also will have conflicts with games and my running, so the same question...should i run before or after my basketball games?
