my suggestion is yes. But do it in the morning. I went yesterday at 4pm when it was 88 degrees out and i thought i almost died..For real!!

haha. i expected a bigger question. i dont know, do u like running? u mean jogging. put on some sports clothes and shoes and go during the morning hours before school.
