I've done a lot of research, but different body builders have different ways of consuming this supplement. my question is, if i load up for the first week, even though the box says i don't really have to, will i see better results?(while working out of course). Please only answers from people educated on the matter, don't try to change my mind into not taking it, i just want to know if it's ok to go through the loading phase even though i don't have to.
