Should i go to a training centre even if i don't want to?

Should i go to a special needs training centre even though i don't want to? My Foster Parents are telling me too but i'm well able to go out into the world and i'm not stupid i know what i want for my life. What i wanted to do was go to college to study child pyscology i probably didn't spell that right but you'll hopefully understand

If you feel that you can reach you goals with out going to an special needs school, then i say do whatever you please. Dont listen to anybody else, its your life.
