Should i go to high school or stay home schooled?

That depends on why you're homeschooling. If youa re homeschooling because you want to have more control of your education and you want to learn about philosophy, economics, and you want to get a more in-depth education, then public school is not for youl. However, public school is a great experience. It is miserable to sit in class all day, and not have any control of what you're learning (sometimes teachers will give you busy work). However, you will get to have the "high shcool experience". I've found that memories of high school are definately a lot more pleasant than the actual experience. If you do decide to stay homeschooled, make sure to ask your local high school if they alow homeschoolers to join their clubs or sports teams; I know that a lot of schools allow that. Also, you may be able to be dual enrolled in your local public school (or any other school, for that matter, including a community college). Make sure that you check out these options before you make any decisions.

you should go to high school because it is a very important experience and if you dont you will probably regret it. High school is where people learn how to socialize with others, you might end up feeling lonely if you stay homeschooled

Give it a try. High school is a time for not only learning facts, but learning how to socialize. Give it a good honest try, and if you don't like it go back to home-schooling. If that's possible.

i would stay home schooled but i would do a co-op where you only go like once or twice a week so that you can still be around people and make friends and hang out with them. so that you are not isolated from everyone

well Ithink that  you need to go and go to regular school kto go out and explore the  world and then you can meet new friends and meet new teachers. You can become anything that you want to be. Belive me I know it will be hard at first ,because you don't know anybody out there then you become to make new friends. Go out in to the real world and enjoy your self an come and have  fun

I went and HATED it!! I say NO NO NO!! The girls in high school are SO snotty and they think they are better than home schoolers, they call you names, and you are thought of as a lesser person. I hated it! And I'm not a weird or "protected home schooler, I'm a normal girl....

Definitely go to high school.  You miss out on a lot of social development and experiences with out going to a public school, trust me, I know some that were home schooled forever, and they had a really hard time socially when they went to college.

high school is a great experience. there are dances, friends, first encounters with older guys, and funny and supportive teachers. you are growing up in a world that has many different cultures so you don't want to be home schooled and then be thrown into this world of crazy ppl. i believe high school gives you just the right  amount of exposure to what you have to look forward to in the future.
