  1. Yes, there's a huge difference!

Personally I think you should go to Greece, mainland or one of the many islands, they are all amazing and beautifull.

I have lived in Spain, also travelled through Spain and France and loved it but much prefer Greece where I have been on holiday.

I would love to go to Italy and think a holiday combined with Italy, Greece and Croatia would be amazing!

  2. go to greece...kos to be precise, its lovely and its near turkey so u can do a day trip there...kos is a lovely island and is surrounded by lots of island which u can  explore on boat trips. it has a breeze blowing all day so the heat is moe bearable

  3. Go to Greece in June.SUMMER IN GREECE will be your greatest experience ever! You can try any of the 2500 islands in the Aegean or Ionian sea , i suggest Santorini, Paros,Skiathos or Kephalonia. If you want to try the mainland you definitely have to go to Halkidiki were the best beaches are. If you are definetely going to Italy then you easily catch a boat and got to Greece from there.

  4. italy and greece...seaside is great!! and will be hotter to have a bath in the sea...

  5. In my opinion you should go to Spain, well specifically in Barcelona or much better if you like good beaches and a lots of tourist you can go in the north east of Spain actually in the north east of Catalunya Catalonia in English is an " state" of Spain And the name of that cost I am telling you is call Costa Brava!

    Hope you like it!

  6. italy is simply beautiful, but u have to be concerned of what u wanna see.. dont pay attention to how badly they drive, or how dirty the streets are either... its a beautiful country and it is worth it. i live in spain, and i can tell u that the best places are madrid and barcelona. personally, i prefer madrid (over all now, with the political issues that are going on in Cataluña). my boyfriend is greek, and he told me that athens is "nothing" compared to madrid... but still.. i have been there and it is beautiful. i think that MAY is better than june, because the temperature is perfect... maybe if you dont wanna risk it and make sure u get lots of heat and sun, u can go in june... a matter of tastes. the south of spain is SO HOT after june... so forget about it.. u wont enjoy it that much during the entered summer.

    have a nice trip!!!!!!!

  7. Spain - See http://www.spain4uk.co.uk/Weather_in_Spa... for information on weather

  8. Cadiz, Spain has wonderfull beaches!! its very nice, check it out!

  9. You should go in June so itll be nice and hot, and you should go to Greece, depending on what your looking for things can vary.

Here are my reasons why I wouldnt pick

France coast: elitist, expensive, not a prefered one unless you simply love france

Croatia- Is a great option but you should see Greece before Croatia....

Spain- very relaxed, but food is very very bland, and some parts are overrun by british retirees and tourists whereas if you were trying to escape that....

Italy- you are going but id recommend greece & croatia instead.

italy is a bit bland, but if its just a nice quiet trip there are some good spots. stay south of Florence though because everything above there is not worth your time. ( i live in northern italy)

I am Greek myself but even my non Greek friends all agree for a vacation Greece is simply the best, no bias no BS it just wins in every aspect, and thats why its one of the worlds top tourist destinations.

    Heres why:

    - best balance (in the world) between historical sites and party spots, all on brilliant scenery

    - less expensive (than Spain, Italy, France)

    - weather :  its great for a lot of the year in the south/athens.

    - the sea : something about the agean...its got the perfect blue color and is much nicer than the waters Ive seen in western mediteranean.

    - Athens - noisy yes, but theres plenty to see and do before you head out to the islands or beaches

    - islands - sure spain/itlay have 1-2 islands but Greece you have more than your fair share of options - you want crazy party island you can go, you want touristless tranquil island theres that too, you want island of sheer beauty (they all are, but Santorini is breathtaking)

music/culture: in Spain, Italy, and France folk culture is nearly extinct. Greeks have kept a lot of their dances, and Greek music is extremely popular unlike in west europe where people are overrun by American top 10 whatever...Greek music has tons of varieties in popular and folk that are all very well maintained and impossible to miss, and of course the music is beautiful. people in general are free spirited and friendly (note athens/cab drivers much less so)

    - the food : Greek food is cheap, and amazing, and unique. If you just want some fast food theres Souvlaki shops that are inexpensive and delicious, if you want a nice sitdown theres that, and seafood there is just better and eating sometimes right on the beach with the bluest of seas is one of lifes best pleasures.

Also the ultimate summertime drink: the Greek Iced Coffee called "frappe" .... youll be hooked. Also another thing is you can eat when your hungry, there will alwasy be something open or around to get a meal, unlike Italy/France.

but do consider Croatia too if you have already been to Greece...I hear thats fun place but i dont think any of the other countries can live up to the variety and beauty of Greece in the spring/summer....
