  1. Definitely go to practice.  Let your coach know that you feel bad, but understate the problem a little, and say that you can play.  If you start to feel nauseous again, tell your coach, and stop.  I know from experience that a coach would rather see you try to play then just say you can't.  I had a splitting headache before a game, and a stomachache that I always get due to nerves before games didn't help much.  I told my coach, but she still wanted me to play, so I went out there, and had a fantastic game.  This may happen to you at practice, and that'll impress whoever you like (I'm a guy, and I know that athletic guys dig athletic girls a lot of times).

Make sure you see a doctor some time though.  If you were shivering and had nausea, you might want to make sure it's not anything major.  If it is something major, if you let a doctor know now, it'll be fine, but you don't want anything to get worse.  If they say it's not  a big deal, then you'll be less worried about playing volleyball causing sickness.

  2. go but let your coach know you arent feeling well and if something makes you feel sick just sit down or go home ive gone to many practices sick its not fun but its what you have to do

  3. yes u should go!

  4. That's what happened to me but I ended up going and throwing up. Go if you are feeling better than 2 hours ago. Or if u really want to go and don't feel better tell your coach you were sick last night and that you feel weak. Drink water but not to much because I puked water cuz I had too much. Just drink a little bit every so often.

  5. go. if you feel sick during it, just tell you coach that last night you were sick and you came today but i dont really feel well right now. may i sit out for a little while?

  6. If your afraid ...then stay home....your mind will only be on not getting sick and not on practice...tell the coach your not feeling well and rest.

  7. well you should try and if you feel to sick or tired stop

  8. I think you should go, then if you start feeling sick tell your coach and call someone to pick you up, or you could sit out for a little.

Be sure to drink a LOT of water, that may help your stomach!

  9. if i were you i would go but make sure  ur mom is avalible 2 pick u up at anytime if u feel sick

  10. Just go and if the nausea resumes than tell your coach you are unfit to play
