Should i go with Virgin Media or Sky?

I currently have Sky for broadband and TV and I am paying £19 a month as broadband is free. I have a BT phone and I am going to change as the service is UTTER RUBBISH! i currently pay £30 a month for BT with all their c**p charges added. i was going to switch to virgin. they offered me TV, broadband and Phone line evening and weekend for £40.50. is that good or should i just move the phone to sky and pay £5 for completely unlimited calls with another £10.50 line rental? please help me. Thank You
