only 14k miles on it. leather interior and sunroof.

i test drove it and it seemed really smooth and comfortable. the only thing i would have to adjust to would be how you don't have to turn the steering wheel as much and is not as "loose" feeling.

but all in all it seemed like a good car.

opinion? thank you in advance

  1. No. Buick.

  2. I agree with Sofpan, do some research on line, the link to his own forum proves that he is wrong, that was funny!  Please also try the yahoo auto section and http://www.edmunds.com and you will find 100's of reviews by actual owners of the elantra and any other car you are interested in. In America the Elantra is very popular and reliable, and Hyundai is a Consumer Reports best buy for several years now. Hyundai is the 7th best selling brand and rising here.

I think the Elantra is a very good small car and it sounds like you really like it too.  If you are buying from an owner I suggest having a mechanic check the car out for you prior to final purchase.  This car should last you a long time and be inexpensive to operate...afterall Sofpan's 1998 Accent is still going strong!_!
