sure! Have a dance party with all your friends. Have it at home in the early evening  no more than 20 people, make sure your parents are there, and a couple other  adults.. then have  fun!!!

Ask for stuff that, not necessarily you "want", but what you "need". Of course, you do "need" a few fun things, dont you?

Invite your good friends, maybe cousins or relatives your age. Stay away from older relatives.

As many as you want.

Maybe your house, or a get together kind of place around town, maybe bowling or that sorta thing.
