Ive been considering this for a while i has a lovely body before i gave birth 16months ago im 19 but i just cant seem to get it back, ive exercise i try and eat right bit i also have depression so if im down i tend to comfort eat but its a vicious circle because i eat when im down but my belly makes me down too, i have a consultation on the 3rd of september i was just wondering what you guys thinkthank you
