  1. Yep.  It circulates that wonderful cold air we're paying big buck for!


  2. I do because I live in Southern Louisiana and it's really hot, so don't listen to anyone else. If you're comfortable then so be it.

  3. I'd recommend it. Having a bit of circulation from the fan will probably let you set the AC to a higher temperature so that you'll save a little on the electricity.

  4. Yes--it will help your AC run more efficiently (cool air sinks to the floor, causing the AC to continue to work, whereas the ceiling fan circulates that air).  Also, moving air feels cooler to the skin, so this could allow you to set the AC up a couple of degrees.

  7. Yes. Helps keep you from getting the cold areas around the vents and sweating when you're across the room.

  8. YES....I have my ceiling fan on coz without air circulating I get light headed and I have AC on too set at 71...I like it cold.
