Should i just leave my job at outback?

i hate it and i put in my two weeks notice but my last day is a tuesday and i really cant come in that day, should i just stop coming

You should have thought of that before giving notice when your last will be.  Why can't you make it?  Is it because of a new job?  If so, your new employer should be notified that you have obligations at your old job still and if you don't, what will your new employer think you will do to them??

Yes, you can quit going but tell the manager you aren't able to complete your notice, don't just fail to show up.

The only bad thing about just not going the rest of your 2 weeks is, they will not give you a good reference if you ever put them down for an employer to call. But if that doesn't matter...just don't go! Don't be misrible!

This is Outback man. Don't show up if you don't want to show up. It isn't some fancypants restaurant where there are only 3 servers. Tell Joe Bob to serve the bloomin' onions.

Just work up until the day you promised so that if you ever need them as a reference they can't say anything bad about you.  Tell them something came up and switch your tuesday to the last day you can really come in but if that doesn't work then just try your best at coming in.

I don't think you should because when you apply to another job, I think they'll call your previous employer and ask about you. If I were you just stick to it, its only 2 weeks. Time goes by really fast!

Tell  your manager a day or two before your last shift that you won't be able to make it. Make something up if you have to. That way, you can say you left on good terms. Even though it's illegal for an employer to give a bad review (all they're allowed to do is confirm that you worked there on the dates specified), sometimes they do. It's a good idea to cover your butt just in case.
