Question:

Should i keep doing cross country?

Today was my first day doing cross country and i was last.

Im not a big guy but its my first time running more than a mile.

We ran three miles today and im sure we will run more tomorrow.

I actually play soccer, not a runner, but i figured running cross country can help get better at cross country.

  1. Don't give up already...not after your first day!  Give it some time, maybe you will like it.  It does get easier as your body gets use to the distance.  

    I would bet that running cross country would help you get better at soccer too!
