Should i keep doing track?

i did track last year for 7th grade but it was really hard we had to run a mile everyday, sometimes more. now its next year and idk if i should do it again.but i liked the challenge. and should i also do it to loose weight ?

  1. If you keep doing it get used to 5+ miles a day in HS.

    You shouldn't do it to lose weight. You should do it because you want too. But you probably should try to lose weight. You are kinda big for a 7th grader. Maybe football??


  2. well sorry to say but it only gets harder, but the thing is that ur body is still growing so you will stay the same weight but get taller. so i think that you should do it to sary active and it is fun

  3. hey your still young you never know..I knew a girl who in 7th grade came last every race and last yr as a high school sophmore she placed 7 th in the state in the 1500m..If your driven and willing to work hard like she was you never know..so for you're answer I'd say yeah keeping doing it, it's to early
