  1. NOOOOO!

  2. Keep your job at Subway and get a second job somewhere else.  Retail and food establishments don't give employees a whole lot of hours so you'll probably have the same problem somewhere else (not getting enough hours).  Plus, it's hard to find a job you love so stay with Subway.  Just get a second job in addition.

  3. 16 going on 17 well i'd join the military very flexible hours there great pay and talk about teamwork woooooooooo!!

not to mention vacations and benifits ,man that s livin

  4. Stay at subway and try somewhere else and see if you get better hours if you do than tell them you found a new job

  5. Talk to the boss, tell them you have to have more hours or you will have to find another job.  Tell them 15 hours a week isn't enough to live on.  Then, if they can't increase your hours, find a second job, or find a different job that can give you 25-30 hours a week.  The economy isn't doing really well, so you should not quit your current job until you have another one.  Good luck.

  6. yes u should because u can hook me up with a free sand witch at work .And then just ask your boss for more hours.P.S if that don't work find another job but keep that one until u know u got the job.P.S.S if that don't work tell your boss u quit!!!!!!!

  7. I'd say give it a little longer.  About the end of March and early April things really start picking up at Subway.  Also March24th the National Ad for any footlong for $5 all day starts up, so your store will see an increase in business.  An increase in business means that they will need more people working.  Also, when you are in school it is hard to get a lot of hours.

  8. ask for more hours

  9. I have to ask you a few questions as a manager myself:

    1. Do you come in when your managers call you to cover a shift?

    2. Are you an outstanding worker?

The reasons you don't get a lot of hours is because you don't come when you are called in to work, or you are not liked or dependable. Also, you may be working for a Subway that is run by a family or certain "people" that only need workers for peak periods and nothing more.

Assess the situation, then find another job.

  10. If you absolutely need a certain income to get by, then you should consider looking for a job with steady hours.  As someone else said, try to hang onto your job at Subway until you find another.

If you do not absolutely need a guaranteed amount of income a week, stick to it!  It's very rare that someone loves their job.  Enjoy it while you can. :D
