Should i let her go?.....?

i have this friend. she's actually my best friend but she's giving me the cold shoulder. we don't always see each other but when i ask her to spend just a little time with her, she always comes up with a excuse. sometimes i think she's ignoring me but i don't know why. what should i do?

Confront her, ask her if she's angry with you, does she blame you for something? and that what you want to know is how things are and how there gonna be.
