Should i make my kid go to jr assembly?

in case you dont know what it is its like a 300 dollar this for 1 time a month every month sep~mar and its like u teach kids how to dance and manners but my husband says no let her do what she wants and that he couls teach her that stuff and they dont teach u alot should i do it or not?
