Do you mean copying them?  Well, as long as you are not charging people for them, I don't think it's bad.  I made CD's for my friends all the time.

That depends what you mean, if you mean copy games and videos which you have bought that is illegal . If you mean to make your own games and give them to friends that's fine. If you write them you can do as you like with them.
