  1. ya, get a dog or something though

  2. As a human your life-span is likely to be at least 40+ years.

A rodents life-span is A  LOT less than yours.

Bottom Line:  Pets are great. They are comforting, and anybody lucky enough to experience the way it feels to have another creature depend on you; and the way it feels when  it recieves and responds to your affection; knows how you feel.

You should move on when you feel that you are ready to be responsible for a new pet; whatever type it may be.

Just research it first, know your responsiblities, and be responsible about it.

  3. yes, you should get a new pet, it will help you move on..if you like things small and furry i would recomend a ferret or a fancy rat.

    im sorry and good luck

  4. dont worry, when my cat passed on tragically, i got a new cat not even 24 hours after her death. it does seem harsh, but if u get a new pet, it will take your mind off of your old one.

  5. no you should mourn over it for as lon as possible(jk)

  6. of course. dont stay stuck in the past...........move on. try a new pet................like a mouse or gerbil! =)

  7. Yeah, I know it is hard. My dwarf died when she was only eight months old. You should take as long as you want to get a knew hamster, it took me almost half a year...

  8. sorry for your loss, of course get a new pet... it will be someone to love u back when ur sad.

  9. I think the earlier the better...you went get caught up on grieving if you get a new pet. If you wait it out in the end you might never recover.so get a new pet and you'l see how fast you progress. I should know...i lost my pet too

  10. i know its hard but you should try to move on. get a guine pig though this time. same concept but they live about 5 years longer as long as theyre healthy and active ;)

  11. it is not too early.

  12. Yes, get another one, it will replace that void.

  13. Don't think as the pet to replace it. You can get a new one it will help you move on. Get a new pet. Its never to early to move on, whatever helps you out.

  14. i feel your pain I  just lost my mouse and now i amlosing her sister I would recomened moving on maybe to a pet that lives longer but only you know your feelings

  15. I hear you!

I just losy my baby  in Feb.'

I really thought she was invisible.

    She was an amazing companinon.

I cry at night when I know she's not next to me.

I know she's in heaven. She lived a good life. I do smile about that.

    I ♥ u Albert♥

Funny, a lot of things are coming my way..and she was suppose to be here to celebrate it with me, but she isn't here.

YES! definitely get another little companion.

He/she will brighten up your day,

    I adopted a little fella.

He is the joy of my life, and though he'll never replace Albert, I am thankful to have him with me.

    Good luck!

  16. Yes get a new one it does'nt mean your replacing it. It just means you miss it so much that you want you want another one to remind you of it. He is in hamster heaven!

    Good luck!!!

    :]

  17. git a new one that reminds you of the old one

  18. Start thinking about a new pet.  Otherwise, you'll never move on.

  19. Get a pet that will love you more. Dogs and Cats are good..... and so are birds... Hamsters will not give you the kind of love other animals will....and yess get another pet..it will help you move on. lol
