Should i move on or...?

Question

There's this girl that i like, and we talk and such, i think she knows that i like her, the thing is though she sometimes flirts and sometimes not. Like whenever i walk into a room she goes "Ugh! you again?" and then smile and goes back to whatever she's doing. Other times (online) i usually have to start the conversation, but she does talk back (but i sometimes wonder if she's just being nice and talking back.) If she's just being nice, and doesn't want to talk i don't want to annoy her or anything. But the other day we were at a party i was talking to someone and i looked around and i saw her staring at me, she was alone so i called her over but she said no (but in a playful way i hope). So my questions are:

Does she like me? or should i just move on?

Also how do you know when a girl doesn't want to talk to you?

well i hope after she "playfully said no"  you walked towards her and talked to her otherwise that is not a good sign on your part IF she does like you.. i think there is definitly something there between you two and it has possiblity to lead to something more BUT the question is who is gonna be the one to make the move i mean you cant assume she will and she cant assume you will cause what if shes waitin for u to make the move? i mean you two will be waitin forever if that were the case.. so just be a man and tell her how you feel cause if there is anything I am 100% certain of its the fact that YOU like HER.. so ask her out will ya <33

Edit: ohh and to answer your question about "how do you know when a girl doesn't want to talk to you?" well basically she will avoid eye contact, will walk faster when your around or act like she didnt see you.. and you will be able to pick up these vibes, and if what your saying is true she DOES want to talk to you and you DO have a chance, i say go for it before some other guy snags her.. or she starts to crush on someone else.

Oh my god! The same things happening to me =O

Anyway, she does like you, you would know if she wouldn't want to talk to you. The online thing, means nothing, girls hardly ever start unless there deperate lol
