Should i need to pay for the registration tag fee in Florida?

The car i have is 350Z, i was no longer driving it right now. Should i still need to pay for the registration fee? and the Insurance.

That depends on the state by state.  Here in NYS, if I can find private parking and I don't drive the car, I can return the plates and cancel both the insurance and the registration.

But even for NYS, they allow us to keep our plates and cancel the registration on MOTORCYCLES (because most of us would cancel it for winter anyway).

Your best bet is to call the Florida DMV (or just have a chat with local cops).
