Should i not talk to my BF at all during Ramadan?

He is Muslim and im not... we also work together... Can i not talk to him at all the whole month... or see him? I want to know so that i can make sure that i respect everything thats going on and not cause him to fault - or think about faulting or anything of that nature.

Yes, do talk to him after he has broken his fast - i went through the exact same thing before i Married my Husband and converted to Islam, it is very hard i know. No physical contact is allowed and when you do talk on the phone keep it respectful, maybe ask him about Ramadan or ask him to explain more about his religion etc.

You should definitely talk to and support your friend during this time. Help your friend. Last year, during Ramadan, I sat outside with my friend because she did not want to go into the cafeteria. After reading other suggestions posted here, I understand why. She did not want to be around the gossip, dirty talk and of course food.

in islamic way Muslims shouldn't have BF or GF at all we have wife's or husbands .that's the muslim way . but the new Muslims i saw in USA that they have it so that's mean no contact or touch or kiss or s*x or nothing u talk to him like one of your colleges and that's it.

im in the same position me and my boyfriend have been together for like 9 months, and he is muslim...we will still talk just not as much as we used to, or see each other as much...when they are fasting is when they should avoid what they used to do but after the fasting (after sunset) you can see him and talk to him...its hard on both of us cause we talk and go out and eat all this stuff, but out of respect im gonna back off a little...but you should be fine, im hoping i will be lol

You are not allowed to have a boyfriend in Islam. If you want to have sexual relations with him you have to do it for the sake of Allah and he has to give you a present, and make a contract with you. If that is done, you can be with him after the sun goes down until the sun comes up.

You can talk to your boyfriend by all means, but there can be nothing physical unless you are married. When you are married there are certain times during ramadan.

first of all in islam there will not be gf or bf because if u like the girl or boy u have to tell the parents and should marry and in ramzan husband and wife should not sleep together in 1month of ramzan then how could gf and bf can meet so if ur muslim if u like any girl or  boy tell the parents and marry. if we maintain gf or bf there will be more problems first of  all it will gunah so fear with alllah
