Should i pick up John Danks and drop Todd Wellemeyer?

Question

Todd has a elbow tightness injury. I could also drop Armando Galarraga a recent pick up of mine. Or drop Micah Owings who has been playing like c**p lately. Jorge Campillo, Joe Saunders and John Danks in free agency. Maybe i should drop all those guys and pick up some new ones. What do you think? Who should i keep and who should go, thanks!

Pick up Joe Saunders immediately! Great WHIP, ERA, and 10 wins already.  Definitely 10 x better than Wellemeyer at this point.

Saunders > Danks > Wellemeyer

I would definitely take danks over wellemeyer.

I would give Wellemeyer at least one more start. He has nothing in his history to show greatness, but Dave Duncan has worked wonders with others.

Yes, Owings would be gone from my roster. I believe that Saunders would be a great pick up. Danks might do better than Galarraga given his team. I'm not that high on Campillo.

I have been dropping Danks and then picking him up all year. I have finally determined he is nothing special. Saunders would be my choice of a pick up. Another thing that makes it interesting is see who is a probable and roll the dice on him. I have been pleasantly surprised more than once. I also dumped Owings. Good luck!

That's a tough one. I would hold on to Wellemeyer since he was pitching great before his injury. He is still 7-2 with a 3.67 era. Don't be to quick to dump him. You might regret it in the long run.
