  1. Only if you can afford it and are happy losing money.

  2. Only if you're ok with losing an average of 5.3 cents for every dollar you bet!  If you want to do well in the long run I would avoid roulette.  If you are going to play you should research the game and understand that some bets are WORSE than others.  Dont bet on 0, 00, 1, 2, 3 (the 5 number bet) this bet has lower odds than all other bets!  Research the game if you're trying to win.  Just play if you're trying to have fun!

  3. spread betting on horses would give you a smaller but more constant return on your stake any form of random number selector is all luck and should not be seen as a form profit gambling

  4. if you can afford to lose........go for it have a ball. if you cant........dont bother.

  5. Depends how much you're gambling!

  6. I dont recomend roullette where the house egde is a chunky     ~5.2%

there are much better games to play, like blackjack or baccarat, or craps on the pass/dont pass line

those games all hover around 1.2% or less so you will lose your money about 5 times as fast playign roullette

  7. Definitely if you're looking for entertainment. Play roulette all you like. When I play I select an area of the wheel and play those numbers with pretty good success rate.

  8. So long as it's not the Russian kind.

  9. You are probably better off with blackjack or craps.

  10. Yeah why not? The numbers on a roulette wheel add up to 666.

  11. Play the columns till they move you on. 2/1 is a good bet but they wont let you stay long.

  12. If you like waisting your money go ahead , remember the odds are for the house not the patron .

  13. a player bets on a single number in the American game there is a probability of 1/38 that the player wins 35 times the bet, and a 37/38 chance that the player loses their bet. The expected value is:

    −1×37/38 + 35×1/38 = −0.0526 (5.26% house edge)

  14. Yeah put it all on black.

  15. NO!

Roulette is a game of pure luck if you win, and the odds on it are against the player. The house edge is 5.26%, which means that for every $100 you bet, the house will make $5.26 on your bets. This can eat into your bankroll pretty fast.

You are better off playing blackjack House edge can be less than .5% playing basic strategy) or craps (house edge is 1.41 and taking the odds can cut that furthur), where the house edge is much lower.
