  1. always put a scope on your gun man every gun

  2. Scopes are always good. I need glasses to see detail farther away (but I never use my glasses) so I always like having a scope on my guns.

  3. its a good scope for air pistols and as far as your detail question yes

  4. Scopes make it easy to hit what you shoot, but have disadvantages.

Shoot with your iron sights, and you will learn true marksmanship skills. You will learn to hold steady rather than snap a round of when the crosshairs pass by the target. You will be able to hit moving targets with 2 eyes open, and you will become a better shooter.

I scoped some of my rifles, but shot open sights for years. It makes you a better scope shooter.

I realize we are talking about an air gun, but this is where you become a true rifelman.

In the service, we address man sized targets out to 300 meters. It is not uncommon to make hits on torso at that distance consistantly, in all kinds of weather.

I believe in scopes, but basic fundamental shooting skills should be sharpened to make the best of your scoped gun.
