  1. Regardless of age, or what is happening - you are obviously not happy in your job.

No amount of money will make it easier.

(okay, if they pay $100 an hour, i can stand the c**p a little longer)

I would see if you can have a chat with your manager, at a quiet time, and explain your feelings.

Don`t complain about the people yet - just express your concern that you might be making mistakes because you feel that you need more training.

Once you have the expirience - confidence will slowly grow as well.

However, if the environment is making you unhappy - you really should consider finding another place to work.

    Good luck.

  2. I suggest that you look at your career long-term. What do you really want to do? A retail job is often a dead-end job (not much chance for advancement) with rather low pay. Let's face it, $11 minus taxes is not going to get you far out there in the world. You will barely have enough to make ends meet unless you are married, and even then it will be a struggle. If you want to do retail, try to look for a job someplace else while you are at that job. There must be a lot of places out there where you could work and be happy.

  3. Sounds like you are the problem along with your coworkers and bosses. Take the initiative to find out how to do the things you need to know. Ask questions and dont be afraid to do so. People probably have attitudes cuz it sounds like a stressful environment so give them that and stop takin things so personal. U have to gain some confidence and wlk with your head held high. Dont let people run all over you. If your 17 or 37 if you show your insecurities and show your not confident and let people run you then they wil take advantage of it. Stick wit it and take charge

  4. this is just my opinion, hope it helps.

I feel a person needs to enjoy their work, I have been told many times that is half the battle so to speak.

It would be nice to work in an enviroment where people apprecitate you, train you properly and don't just try and dog you for all they can get. If you don't like what you do, then look for something else that you think you might enjoy doing and then quit when you find what you like.

  5. dont take anybodys c**p ,teenager or no teenager they need to show you some respect ,try and chat to your boss about it and explain you could do with a bit more help as you werent trained properly if you cant face it look for another job ,trust me ive had sum terrible jobs in my time but they do get better.worst comes to the worst spit in there coffee lol

  6. IF YOUR NOT HAPPPY IN WHAT U DO U SHOULD CHANGE JOBS CAUSE NO MATTER HOW MUCH MONEY YOU MAKE IF YOUR NOT HAPPY WERE U WORK ITS NOT WORTH THE PRICE OF BEING UNHAPPY,MAKE YOUR SELF HAPPY,,PEACE
