Should i quit or keep on going??Am so confused right about now!!

Question

So i have been living woth my dad ..alot of h**l i might say.He's been arrested once for domestic violence towards me and even tried kicking me out but couldnt since both our names were on the lease.

The lease is ending in end september and he has refused to sighn an extension..meaning,if he were to kick me out..nothing would hold him back.

He then has told me to quit one of my jobs and concentrate in school..but am afriad that if i did this,he would have me in his grasp..since with one job and paying for tuition out of pocket..college tuition would be impossible to pay for at his point...

So am like,Should i quit this job and rely on him hoping he will not kick me out,or should i keep the other job and move out.I currently pay some amount to him towards the rent.My grades wouldnt be hurt even if i kept a second job.

So wat should i do here??

no mate dont change anything and if anything try a little more work i no its hard with study but youll go down if things are left to him sorry to say  look you got your head on rite do whats rite 4 you not your heart this time and maybe when he has no place to live god forbid you can take him in [maybe]

Well here is my answer i have always been taught the best place to find a helping hand is at the end of your own arm,when it truly comes down to it its true trust me i would try and keep both jobs for now and look for a room mate than as important as i see school after you are settle yes def drop the less convenient job so you can have decent study and rest time after all isn't this your goal concentration on graduation.God bless you and good luck in your finding  adecent room mate you can trust.

I don't think you should quit your 2nd job. You seem to be an intelligent young person (not much these days)

If you know for certain, 2 jobs would not affect your grades by all means continue.

As far as funding goes if you only had one job would that help? if it would make a difference then you should swing that way.

You should start looking for a place of your own.

1. Why are you paying college tuition out of pocket? Go to FAFSA.com and apply for financial aid.

2. Does your college have dorms or apartments for single adults? Many do - you could live there.

3. Your Father is a very controlling person - staying keeps him in control. If thats what you want then stay.

4. If it is not what you want then -check at the college about dorms or look at the school paper for someone looking for a roommate. Many schools have a bulletin board where ppl look for roommates and other stuff they need - check that out.
