Should i read this exorcism book? ?

it's written by a priest who is also an exorcist. his name is fr. jose francisco c. syquia.

i really am a very coward person when it comes to demon possessions. but i am really curious regarding the subject. should i read it?

i should give you and excerpt, which is the dedication: "i dedicate this humble work to mama mary; i place it and all who would read it under her mantle of love and protection.." scary, isn't it? i wanna read it but at the same time i don't!

p.s. i am just a 15-yeAR-old guy..if you have read a book of the same genre, share your thoughts and experiences...

It sounds like an interesting book.

I'm also very cautious when it comes to things like exorcisms.  I was absolutely terrified by the movie 'The Exorcist' and I still can't watch it but I read the book to try and overcome my fear and I was fine reading the book.  So if you're curious about the subject then I would say go ahead and give it a go, but if, after a couple of chapters you don't like what you're reading then leave it - at least you can say you tried it.

well idk i am an overly curious chickk I would go ahead and read it. But my preist tells me that reading stuff like that can get you possessed by a demon. Haven't you heard the story of a young girl who was possessed reading the book of the demons? h**l scaryy aghhh now I'm scared and i have to go pee :[[[[ I am too scared THANKS lol but yeah GOOD LUCK.

I remember seeing that once. I was interested, but when I opened to take a peek, I immediately placed it back in the shelf. It wasn't really that good in my opinion, and I think (but not really sure since the last I saw it was long ago) it was just bunch (or mostly consists) of stories rather than actual steps on how to exorcise.
