  1. If you want to lose weight, go outside if its hot.

If its cold or you just want to keep in shape, use the threadmill so you can be more comfortable.

  2. its much healthier to exercise outside instead of on a treadmill.

  3. Well, it really depends on the weather

If its like 100 degrees out, I would stay inside on the tredmill, maybe turn on the TV or listen to music, or something, have a fan turned on, and youll be alot more comfortable.

If its a nice day out, depending on what you call "nice", You should go outside. Its good to get outside and get some fresh air. A nice relaxing run in the park, or depending on where you live, the mountains, or the ocean, ect.....

On chilly days, its nice to get outside and run. It just feels good! And if you are lucky enough to live in high altitude like me, it feels really cool and crisp! But if yo8u live where its humid, it could also be nice to have the moisture while you run AND the chilly air to keep you cool.

Cold days, I would liek running in, butr many people dont, so depending on what you like and dont like, youy should sometimes go out, and sometimes in.

If you stay inside, it could get boring, and if you do the same run outside, it will get boring. Either change your rout ever so often, or find a place you really LOVE to run at.

Decide according to the weather and yoiur comfort temps. Its all up to you, what you like better

  4. well you're going to do a lot more in 45 minutes on the tredmill. its really up to whether you want a good workout or just want to stay in shape.

  5. I'd opt for outside if weather permits  fresh air and  sun light.

    Makes you feel good.
