  1. Try running hills.  It makes running harder and won't stress just one area of your body.

Or change up your style of running.  Try doing intervals.

  2. NO! Your setting yourself up for injuries.  If running is becoming easy, try running on trails, up mountains, hilly areas and longer distances. Sign up for a full marathon and challenge yourself (if you have done that, go for and ultra100K or triathlon).

  3. No.  If running is getting "easy," then run faster and/or longer.  Time your runs and set a goal.

For maximum efficiency, look into cross training.  You can include low-impact cardiovascular exercises like bicycling or swimming to allow your body more time to heal from running and to also help avoid the "plateau effect."

  4. No!

    Run faster.

  5. where would this bag of weight be?

    attached to your leg, yes.

    attached anywhere else, no

  6. personally, i'd say no. like others have said, try running hills or faster. it is hard to say what the extra weight could do to your back or knees. it might do nothing or it might cause injury which i am sure you don't want.

weight training in the gym will make you stronger.

  7. if you have weak legs, it might be bad on your knees; otherwise go for it (by bag of weight im thinking 25lbs+); if its those 5lb wrist and ankles youre fine theyre good

  8. I could be wrong because I'm not an expert but I'm pretty sure running with extra weights attached onto your body is bad for you joints (knees) and your heels.  Just start running steeper inclines if you want that burn.
