  1. Nah dont buy it :)

it is too expensive u will need your money when u grow up

I am 20 years old and my savings are helping me alot

dont spend ur savings until u are atleast 20 years old

  2. Honestly it just depends if you think your hamsters are worth your "whole life savings", right?

If you value your hamsters more than you value your money, this should be an easy decision.

  3. This is not a Yes or No vote answer.

You have a number of good values or you could not have disciplined yourself to save 10,000 peso in the Philippines. Many working people in the Philippines don't earn 10,000 peso after working an entire month.

    The decision is yours

What ever you decide will be an important learning experience in your life.

  4. If you have three hamsters and one is going to give birth, you'll need at least one more cage - if you don't separate the males and females, you'll have hundreds of hamsters soon!

That said, the most expensive cages aren't necessarily the best. You don't need to spend all your money to keep your hamsters happy. In most countries, 10 gallon fish tanks are pretty cheap, and it's easy to buy or make a lid to convert them to hamster cages. Hamsters love them because they are spacious and have more room for toys than most other cages do.

I'd definitely recommend getting another cage for your pregnant hamster. If they are dwarf hamsters, you can have two cages - one for males, one for females - but if they are Syrian ("common" or "fancy" or "___bear" hamsters), they really each need their own cage or they'll fight and likely kill each other.

So don't spend all of your savings on one cage, but you'll need at least one more!

  5. How about a compromise?  If you really like that cage, and think your hamsters would be more comfortable, how about checking around to see if you could find a similar cage for sale used.  It happens all the time around here...people buy something, either lose interest or have no further need for it for what ever reason, and you can get a good deal.

  6. really is it worth it? yea it sounds great, maybe instead of spending that much money why don't buy some pipes and other bits and put them in the cage that you got now, i think that you can spend less then half of that and make a great cage yourself. but in the end its up to you really.

  7. NO

  8. Well, if one of your hamsters is pregnant, you're going to need another cage either way for her to give birth in- if you keep her with the other hamsters, she or them are liable to kill the babies- and to split up the males and females when they're weaned.

So you'll need another cage no matter what happens. As for what cage, that's your choice. But you need to take the pregnant hamster and put her in another cage before she gives birth.

  9. If your hamsters are content now,I would say no. Save your money.
